Mindfulness whenever, wherever
I've never meditated before and I found the experience excellent. Siwan was incredibly lovely and calming and understood everything I said. I think it will be a really useful practise for me so I hope to book classes with Siwan when I can and carry on.

When Siwan, the head of Cardiff Meditation, was 14 she was diagnosed with epilepsy. After experiencing one seizure after another throughout her teens and early twenties, she was determined to find an alternative way to decrease her seizures. She discovered meditation.
After getting into meditation, her life transformed. Not only did her seizures decrease but her academic grades improved, she was better at handling life stresses, and became a more content person.
